Connection problem

Something With my ISP has a problem, my ping is over 300 and when I switch a VPN it drops too 130, can someone please change this problem? Did lichess ban me block my IP?

Edit: My download and upload speed is a 100/100 and my ping to chess.com is 15. Nothing wrong with my connection

I think that it depends on where do you live (how far from Lichess HQ in France)

Whatever the problem was it is now fixed! I live in the US but I still have full bars @MadNutella . Thanks for helping.

@Doofenshmirtz my point was that there was nothing wrong with my IP, just lichess it self.
