I’m out now so I can’t properly format the post; however let me just say that if you haven’t yet checked out my “blog” (which is more like a short story as I’ve labeled it appropriately) then please do, ‘cause that combined with this will yield a personal journey story telling like none other.
And I want to post the ineptly titled “countering dubious opening ideas” (pointed out by username “islandification” — which reminds me that I need a vacay!) here although again that’ll have to wait until I get back home in front of a computer. Mind you, the games were far from perfect as the national master pointed out; however the point is (& if you’ve read my short story you’d see) that I wanted to end on a good note, and that note I propose is the square a4/h5 (depending on if you’re viewing it from the black or white side haha)...
Last move of last game is rook to c1 square — no! It should be h5; alas my fate is (and has been) sealed.
Not to despair tho — in five years I’ll forget the whole freakin’ dilemma :)
