What the heck is happening with me today?

I swear to God...I have been playing some chess games anonymously today and wow why am I so bad some days compared to other days... swear it makes me wanna kill myself...not really but it makes me swear a lot...I don't understand why I am so blind some days compared with other days.
Inconsistency can have many causes: fatigue, hunger, thirst, distractions, lack of focus...

True poetry.

Why would you play Anon?
The likely hood of playing against a engine is considerably higher (I would think anyway)

Ignore your rating. Play to play; not for numbers that don't mean a thing to anyone.
@DollaHollaAtcha you are right you know...I find that my win/loss ratio is close to equal when I am logged in while anonymous I am getting beaten so much more....possible engine use though I find that I make some big blunders so it may be because lack of focus since the game is not so important being anonymous?
@DollaHollaAtcha "Why would you play Anon?

Really? I have always assumed the opposite: Without the incentive of increasing your rating, cheating seems less likely to me in anonymous games. What on earth is the point?
Well, small differences count and can hit you hard.

"It is mainly the irreparability of a mistake that distinguishes chess from other sports. A whole game long and there is only one point to score. Just one mistake and the battle is lost, even though the fight may go on for hours. ... That's why a mistake hits so hard in chess." (JHD)
The only cure for chess blindness is to train your vision. Spend some time looking at positions (any positions at all; if you want, go on tactics trainer) and just count things. Don't think about moves, just look at the position and ask "what's the material imbalance?" "which pieces are defended, and which aren't defended?" "how many ways can I give check in this position?" "how many ways can I capture a pawn/piece in this position?" and so on. Then do the same thing, but pretending it's the other side's turn to move. Do this for lots of positions. With practice, it will become routine.

Good players (better than us) keep track of all of these things all of the time without thinking. That's your goal (and also my goal!). Those good players weren't born with that ability, they learned it. Either they trained themselves, or they were trained by someone else. There's no reason you can't train yourself, you just need to take the time to do it.
Nice number at the end OP...

To answer your question, it could be a lot of things. Maybe you're hungry, maybe you need to take a exercise break, maybe you're playing on tilt, or maybe you need to take a...personal break.

All those things can distract you and cause to play worse in my experience.
