After reaching the 2600 rating cheaters is a very often thing you will come across in lichess, as it happened to me today as well. Watching this player though stay in the website an hour after I reported him and him continuously cheating is making me very angry... I would love it if it could be more instant since we are talking about an account created today blatantly cheating....
You reported the person at 11:34, they were banned at 11:57. This is hardly an hour. Reports go into a queue, obvious or not. Though for an ultra-bullet player, this might seem like an eternity.

I was playing in the annual atomic tournament and I don't know what happened but they voted for the tournament and it wouldn't let me enter, I thought it was an error on my computer but I discovered that my account had a red notice saying that I don't comply with the lichess.org rules at no time did I cheat or anything like that, please someone help me

surely you havent seen chess com reports... holy those things take AGES! sometimes weeks for blatant cheaters. lichess has it very good and they are always very fast :)
