Why do I have to wait eternally to join a game?

Yes, this is pretty much all I have to ask. I mean, on lichess you are supposed to play chess.
Ah yes, and: why does everyone say I'm cheating? I apparently got a sort of banner on my profile. How do I remove it??

You had 0 inaccuries, 0 mistakes, 0 blunders. In other words, you played perfectly.

If you were, please do not cheat using an engine. You are only cheating yourself because you don't learn anything and are not getting any better at chess.

Yeah that's the point. Why should I cheat in chess? It is on the level of those people who let time run out after they made a mistake in anonymous games.
And now I finally know that my friend used an engine, while I was sharing this account with him initially. Thanks for finding those games
