Allow 1 takeback by default (within time limit)

Hi,

I know most guys will disagree, but I will ask anyway.
What if each player has 1 takeback by default, where the opponent does not even get asked?
I'm thinking about a time limit of maximum 3 seconds after the move was played.

The difference between Lichess and real life is the touch function.
So it can always happen that you accidentally play something.
(Neither a tactical mistake nor a "I did not see that")

As said, this option should be availabe only 1 time and each player must decide if the touch mistake is critical or not.
E.g. you can checkmate him in 1, but lose your queen due to some touch problem or mouse click problem.

It could be some red button, next to the resign, takeback and draw button.

What do you think?
Remember this is still chess and not "try to use the touch function as best you can"
I think it is literally the stupidest idea in the world.

Most games are decided because of one mistake. I am not in favour of allowing my opponent to take back a bad move without my consent.
@MateMachine By your own admission you say, "I know most guys will disagree". Everyone disagrees with you because in official rated tournaments the rules of chess do not allow take backs.

There is a very good reason why the rules of chess have evolved to the point where they are now. It is to prevent abuse of taking back a bad move and depriving the opponent an opportunity to capitalize on your bad move. If you don't like the rules of chess then play some other game.
Great idea, but I have an addition to make.

If you make a mistake and you press the "takeback" button, your opponent can refuse it by clicking a "refuse takeback" button.

And then a timer shows up on screen, 3...2...1...GO and then you and your opponent click the button as quick as possible for ten seconds, and whoever clicks the most in that time wins the right to either takeback or refuse the takeback. This will make the game more fair.

Remember this is still chess. The difference between online and OTB chess is the mouse, so we should use the mouse to help decide such disagreements.

I know most people will think this is stupid, especially people without a mouse, but I decided to post it anyway.

What do you think?
@NeverBeenTimid:
The stupidest idea ever?
Well, I hope that you will never have any idea...
(No offense at all)

@MaartenT:
No, there isn't (at least not for the v5.0.0 Android app)

@WilliamShakespeare:
The introduction wasn't meant too serious.
And if this is the reason why people disagree, then they are just niggling.
You're wrong when you write, "Bad move".
I'm speaking about a move you didn't want to play.
I mean just imagine you use your pointer to mark the piece.
The you want to touch some fields to the right (e.g. F5 to G6),
but for whatever reason you click on E5 with your middle finger.

@EatingYourPrawns:
I think the takeback button isn't the right button here.
Furthermore I think there shouldn't be something like a duel over it.

@all:
As said, the option should be available only 1 time when it happens in a very critical moment.
In real life it won't happen that I'm going to place a piece on 1 field,
but don't hit the right field (at least never happened to me.)
Unless you're having a qualm or stroke, but I think chess will be the smallest problem then...
take back option 100 % not needed............there r too many reasons for why a person"s performance is affected.........it is not possible to change from server side. better users change.........personally i performed vey badly too many times because of distractions, small mobile screen, talking to somebody unrelated things while playing......all affects........
Haha its a silly idea!!

Your idea should be allowed only if you use the takeback button you also lose 50% of the ratingpoints of that game to your opponent. Use as often as you want then !!
