#23 , I think in olden days ( duh not bc's) there was no account system on lichess. I think all were anonymous and only mods could know who is whom. even a few names like jeff are included, so it might be a personal forum for mods, though thibault might confirm it if he see's your post
btw, you need to keep this subforum in lichess feedback because you're thinking it as a bug. So better create another forum in the lichess feedback if you want some mods to reply a bit more with clarity.
