Yearly Crazyhouse tournament 2018

Hello,
since I got no response in the Q&A section I post here.

When is the Yearly Crazyhouse tournament 2018 going to be held?
Last year it was held on December, 17th. On this upcoming 17th there will be the Crazyhouse Shield and I don't complain about that, I love it and don't want it to be canceled but I was wondering if lichess forgot to create the yearly this year because it's not showed in the tournament list.

I checked the code of our tournament scheduler. It appears that the Yearly Crazyhouse has been removed in favor of the Yearly Classical.

Lol it sounds like a troll explanation. Of course there used to be both. Clearly there has been some mistake.

Isn't it possible to have both in the schedule? I mean it is a tournament that happens once a year, I don't think it'd be such a big deal to find one day.

On a second note, based on what reasoning was the crazyhouse tournament removed in favor of the Classical one? I think both have the same importance but the first one was already scheduled so probably it had priority?

Yearly zh at the time was an exception, as there were no other variant tournaments. There was just an "open month" that was then filled by zh, now by Classical.

However, Thibault just adjusted the tournament scheduler to schedule Yearly tournaments for all variants! Yearly ZH will be at 14th Feb 2019.
