Playing in a Tournament with co-workers

Hey guys,

I'm selling the idea of having my co-workers in a chess tournament, online.
Problem: many of them don't know how to play, so I'll do an intro session with them

Question: is it possible to create a tournament that lasts for 30 min without having them registering?
The ideal situation would be: I create a tournament and I share the URL and they only need to land on the website and to play for 30 minutes.

Unregistered accounts cannot join tournaments.

Possible soultion: Create a study explaining the rules of chess and it's basics. (lichess.org/study)
Ask them to create accounts for themselves. Create a team and ask them to join it. Create a tournament for that team so that only your co-workers (and you) can join.
