No - there isn't.
The only way I can think out of this is to ban religious practice. All of them. This is 2015 ffs! Educate this nonsense out of people.
My sympathies go to the friends and families of the victims.

You cannot "ban" people's thoughts. One can only the acts that those thoughts make them do. We have to show these animals that, however medieval their mindset may be, they don't have the right to kill others.

Damn multiculturalism. We have to deal with too many people who are stuck 800 years behind us, as though they are civilised.

I don't want to ban thought. I want religious practice to be banned. There is a massive difference. By religious practice I mean indoctrination, congregation, brainwashing, birth control (or rather lack of), genital mutilation, homophobia, apostasy rules - wearing the faith etc etc.
If you get rid of the material fact of religious behaviour - the mind will free itself of the slavery.
