Chess960 bug

I do know I never drag pieces when I castle. I click on the king and then click the rook. It works most of the time. I'm just not understanding why on certain occasions it seems to not work correctly and refuses to let me castle. I use Safari only on both the iPhone and iPad. I've never experienced the castling issue on regular laptop computers. Those are Windows 10 Pro machines. And I only access Lichess through a browser never the Lichess app. I'll let you know if I experience this issue again and notify you the minute it happens.
Then why wasn't I able to castle when I tried? I don't doubt you can castle and should. I just don't understand why I wasn't able to do it in this game.
Dragging the king on the rook (as advised) and clicking the king, then the rook are two different things. The latter way, you act as if you first want to make a king move, then change your mind to a rook move. I believe it lets you castle in #21, because said rook can't move, but doesn't let you castle in #23, because both rooks can move.

Btw if you provide a link right away next time, it saves us all time and discussion.
@Curious1 Interesting situation, and will be nice to catch the bug if it exists.

In general, when reporting a bug, the person reporting it should try their best in helping the devs reproduce it, or at least provide evidence that the bug indeed exists.

You could have provided a link to the game along with the move number in the first message right away, instead of resisting and saying there is no point in providing a link. It is a hundred times easier to start investigation with a problematic test case, than it is to scour through the codebase and trying to picture where the problem might be.

Further, as others have mentioned, if the bug doesn't get reproduced reliably even for you, then it would be super helpful if you submit a video grab of it happening.

And finally, it is always helpful to submit information about your environment (OS, browser version, whether or not incognito mode, etc) even if you don't think it is relevant.

Thank you for bringing notice to a possible bug!
