Looking for chess teachers to test the new Lichess Class feature

Hello,

I'm working on lichess.org/class.

If you give chess lessons to a class, then you may want some help creating student accounts and managing their progress. That feature is for you. Please apply for the teacher role, then give feedback about the features.

Cheers
Great to see you working on something new all the time!
Why am I redirected to a google signup request if I click on "apply for Lichess teacher"?

To be clear: I'm not a teacher mylself but I'd like to investigate the function for my local chess club.

Ps. I'm also a translator on crowdin for lichess, so I'd like to translate the page. Is it already on crowdin?
@mrjive To answer your first question (I don't know the second), the applications happen through a Google Form.
#8 @mrjive Hmm that doesn't seem to be intended, will be resolved soon.

#9 @ChessMathNerd There aren't really any rating requirements. The feature is intended for school teachers and chess coaches, so that is the requirement. Students can be put in a class and the teacher can then follow their progress. The main reason it's put behind bars with an application form, is that the Teacher permission also allows you to easily create accounts for all students, since the main target audience is teachers for kids, and many of those don't have an email address to create accounts. But a permission that lets you single-handedly create multiple accounts, is something we definitely do not want to give to everyone and that's why we require verification.
