For Ubuntu 19.04

#1 cd chess/lichess-bot-master

#2 pip3 install virtualenv

#3 virtualenv .venv -p python3

#4 pip3 install -r requirements.txt

#5 python3 lichess-bot.py -u

//Python command needs to be python3 and the pip command needs to be pip3.
