Is there a limit on the number of people you can follow ?

Note - I am note sue if this is in the right discussion zone but it seemed the most suitable one.

The title says it all ..

I heard that there was a limit of 300 ?
Is this true ?

@AHappyBee maybe the friend notifs on the left side would do the "too many requests" thing to lichess
