GM alireza2003 (3200) 30s bullet game, no mistake nor bluder?

First of all rating 3200 with this rating system Lichess use!?

Is this guy really a human?! If yes, this is insane! For me (I can at least play 3+2, barely, with regular mouse , not knowing any tricks UI offers, yet), even 60 sec is too fast, but 30?

No incorrectness, errors nor bluders (opponent made one) in 30 seconds game.

What is the point of such games, after all? I do not see any.

First -- His full name is Alireza Firouzja. He is from Iran. 2003 is his birth year. I'm surprised you had not heard of him. Yes, he is good. You can find his games against Carlsen and other GMs if you need proof. He is now listed as international, after a dispute with the Iranian chess association.
Second -- That game is not especially amazing. White made a screaming blunder at move 8, giving away a bishop for nothing. Alireza took it. Even I could have done that. Certainly the short time limit explains the blunder. Otherwise Alireza is playing basically a Pirc defense with a highly unusual move order. He has created a position with a lot of tactics, but it is not crushing. White just needed a fw more moves to realize he could not recover from the blunder.
Third -- Young people can move that fast. My aged fingers will not do it, and it always irritates me, but I have had opponents make a dozen moves in less than two seconds. Therefore, like you, I don't play those short time controls.
Fourth -- The point of such games is to keep the mind nimble and quick, seeing patterns in an instant, like a baseball player warming up by flicking the ball around, or a football goalkeeper having balls thrown at him one after another.
Fifth -- Do not assume that because he was playing quickly that Alireza did not see the multiple lines that you are I would find in several minutes of analysis.
Thank you sparowe14, that explains quite a bit. This kid is simply amazing!

What is the point, MrPushwood, is exactly upper. Many bullet players are on "autopilot" (as someone already call automatical playing opening, elsewhere here on this forum), here usually prepare move before oponent play without looking and of course they will make blunders. But this kid spotting all in a fraction of the second before actually play move in 30s bullet game. That is quite amazing!

When I played activelly chess before 3 or 4 decades last time, there was no computers. What bullet or blitz games was played with wooden boards was just a pure joke and arbiters had a full time job to decide who and where make illegal move and decide what to do...

As I said already, I'm unable to handle with mouse such quicly now in my age, barely can play 3+2. And yes, it is not strange I have not heard for this kid, I have just back to play chess from such long period after I abandone completely active playing, nor I touch chess the same period of time... That also means I have lost quite a bit of abiliy I had as a kid regarding all aspects of chess game...

And once again, what this kid can do is simply amazing - it is not a miricle I asked is it human!

The game is 14 moves long and his opponent is like 900 rating lower than him and blundered a piece... So it's got good odds of 0-0-0.
yeah i move quick and ...
huh should i say it finally ok.
i am 9.
we move fast and make mistakes.alireza is nice.
