how do I set premove?

Hi dudes, I'm a newbie on this forum. Anyone tell me how to set
premove? or is premove a no-no around here?

click on your username on the top right corner to see some cool things you can do - somewhere under "preferences" you can find the premove thing lichess.org/account/preferences/game-behavior
