How did this become a draw?

Hi everyone, I played a game in the kings gambit accepted tournament that I thought I was winning, but out of nowhere I'm guessing my opponent claimed a draw. I don't recognize any rule that says this game is a draw. Can someone explain it to me?

After move 32, 36 and 38 from black the position is the same. Thats why your opponent was able to claim a draw.
Threefold repetition doesn't mean you have to play the same moves three times. It means the same position has to occur three times (repeat itself).
but the same position did not occur three times, i captiured pawns in between moves no?
Also, doesn't it matter who's move it is?
Just click on 32...Kb7, 36...Kb7 and 38...Kb7 in succession and see if the position changes.

In OTB chess black would have had to claim the draw on his own turn by stopping the clock and writing 38...Kb7 on his scoresheet. Here, he probably just had autoclaim on (Preferences->Game behavior).
