20 seconds too long

I find the 20 seconds wait too long, the courtesy time when a game starts, before the game is aborted if one player doesn't make the first move. Wasn't this shorter before? 10s max would probably do. For 1 0 games, waiting 20s is just meaningless.

depends - for lobby games it can take a while to get a match, and I will have tabbed out and be looking at something else, so a little grace period is nice.

for quick play games which connect almost instantly, I suppose 20 seconds is a bit long, but I'm not in such a hurry to really worry about it.

In a way, it kind of ameliorates black's natural disadvantage by giving them extra time to consider their first move versus whatever white plays. I suppose that's a good thing.
