the d-pawn is strong enough to win, black must at least give his bishop to stop it
Yeah, you can move your rook to a1 and then push the pawn to win the bishop. Leaves the opponent's d pawn loose... worst case scenario you then trade rooks and win the d pawn, then you have a chance to march your passed c pawn up the board.
