How to improve?

Hi all.
I am trying to improve. I got off the fritz 17. And what I'm doing is playing a game in lichess, watching it with the analysis, looking at the opening book and seeing when I left the book, or how that move is evaluated in the book. Then I copy it to Fritz 17 and analyze it a little more ...
Currently I would like to "dominate" the English.
How to study it?

I think you should try and defeat your opponents regardless of their nationality.

download a good book and train and learn the middlegame strategy and endgames, and train tactics, openings can wait a littel bit more
