Today i composed a chess study and Stockfish struggles to find the solution without my help!

Today i was just playing around with positions then suddenly got an idea out of nowhere and i composed this chess problem. I call it “Slow death”

White to move. Can you solve it?



Probably its my first own chess problem, at least i dont recall if i composed anything many years ago. I know it is very easy problem, but Stockfish seemed to struggle quite a long time to find it and only sees the solution if i show it to the Stockfish. Funny situation and actually quite interesting phenomenon so i wanted to share.

Well you call this problem easy because you created it yourself, average players such as myself don t see it as "easy" at all, I gave up on finding the solution.

Also, speaking of 31, in chapter 31, 1...Kc4 is losing, not a draw, I believe.

@sheldonleecooper515 thnx for pointing out, i corrected that side line in that particular chapter, it was not my own composition, so i was simply entering the moves and didnt have time to check it.

@gayweather well it is hard for me to judge as i had the solution before even the problem was even created, so it seemed obvious to me so i was worried that the solution is too trivial at first, but apparently that is not the case.
