You are not supposed to lose with that opening in bullet and superblitz
This opening was first played in the 1942 Ruy Lopez Memorial in Munich between Chigorin (white) and Philidor (black). Unfortunately Philidor lost the game because he blundered mate in 1 despite having a completely winning endgame (+9 according to Sesse) and so this opening was never looked at again.
I believe Anand wrote about this opening recently in his book "21 Great Openings To CRUSH Your Opponent" so you might want to look it up for updated theory. Good luck!
