i don't think youtube body language analysis is very reliable.
I've gotten five minutes into that video, and the host is just not very good at interpreting body language.
First thing; body language can't tell if someone is lying, it can only tell if someone is nervous. The whole thing is based on reading limbic system reactions, aka "fight or flight" responses. Lying is not a fight or flight response, it's a decision made after the decision to not flee. You can sometimes tell a person is lying if they're nervous about something people normally aren't nervous about. But an interview in which you have to say the most respected name in chess is blowing smoke is going to make a sane person nervous. The host here says we would expect confidence if he was telling the truth. No, we wouldn't.
There's a whole aside about Hans' accent which is irrelevant to begin with, but then he says we can tell Hans is lying because he's reading as nervous. But he's reading as less nervous than before when he was talking about cheating accusations; he's becoming more comfortable as the subject moves away from Carlsen.
The host comments on him messing up an idiom. GEE, I WONDER IF TRIPPING OVER HIS THOUGHTS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIS NERVOUSNESS IN THIS INTERNATIONALLY VIEWED INTERVIEW.

Body language is not proof of anything, or else we could have "body language experts" in courts and use them to pass sentence on people based on body language alone.
