Today I finally scored 2500 on atomic

1/2 + 0 is one of the most played atomic time controls (imo, maybe 3+0 is more played) because it captures the essence of atomic - its not really meant to be an actual chess game, its just a fun variant that people like to play. And thus, when you have 1/2 + 0 it gets even more wild and crazy and makes it more fun :D (and you feel so much better when you find an epic tactic)

1/2+0 is a lot of fun but for me the perfect times for atomic to lose the imbalance between white and black are 1+0 and 2+0 (with these times the game is much more balanced in relation to the advantage that white has).
