What is the point of analysing games and reporting cheaters iff they can continue with cheating ?
Is lichess.org supporting this behavior ? Iff they do, why don't thea cancel analysing games and let me stop worry about rapid games !
Almosr every U1700 Rapid arena is having cheater for winner !
So, how long this custom will long ?
I would post here games with cheaters but moderator wrote to me that I would be baned for public shame !
And when Stockfish 10+ makes mistakes in analysing the fun can start ! Cheers !
Why should waste time ? There are more stupid things in life than spending time on this site...

If they had cheated they would have been banned within a couple of days. Otherwise the verdict is not yet spoken.

Always remember: they (lichess) have much more (relevant) data than a run-of-the-mill user.

The primary purpose of the automated game analysis is for you to learn from your mistakes, not to go hunting cheaters.

If you think someone did play in a suspicious way, you should report them to the people who can actually do something about it ( lichess.org/report ) , not accuse them in public to other players who are not in a position to make a sound judgment anyways (as @Sarg0n writes, we lack all the data).

I reported twice today one player, who is obviously cheater - like we say in my country "it can be seen from airplane", but nothing...also reported other player week ago, also nothing...I blocked them but these two continue finishing their games with no accuracies, mistakes and blunders. so what should i think ?

You have done all you can..now leave it to the administration to handle it.

Moderators are busy people. So badgering them because of one or 2 outstanding (probable) cheaters is not appreciated, as I have learned.
