For a moment I thought I might soon be writing a post about the fact my profile page was indicating I wrote comments in topics I knew I hadn't commented on. Quite a bizarre bug.
Then I realized I was looking at somebody else's profile page.
Yeah . . .
For the record: another user whose name I don't recognize copied this topic title and original comment in full and reposted as their own at
lichess.org/forum/off-topic-discussion/that-lichess-feedback-post-i-wont-be-writing-2. The "2" at the end of the URL is one piece of definitive proof it was posted after this one which has the URL

I feel compelled to mention these plain facts here now since after having reported the post yesterday as far as I know no action has yet been taken such as to remove the post. Given the post's continued existence, it is only fair to protect myself against the potential impression I am the one doing any copying.

and maybe a time to not be...
Line 1 Fact. Proven before forever knew enough to 'get' the joke that had became law.
Line 2 is...what, do you suppose, propoganda? Totalitarian?
