for around a month or something the draw button has been greyed out for me. when I double click it nothing happens. It doesn't offer a draw. Can anyone help?

When exactly was it greyed out? Is it always greyed out? (Like, you're aware that after a declined draw offer, you can't offer again for 10 moves?)
no its like always greyed out. I can accept my opponent's draw offer though

well actually, i can never offer draws on computer, i have to do it on mobile, idk why and it didn't bother me too much
Maybe in your preferences you didn't enable draw offer? Try going into preferences, then clicking Game Behavior. You should find it there.
