dont movethe same piece twice, and also try to check at every move,if the square u about to move your piece to,is covered by an enemy piece
I have seen worse. First thing first it's good to see you are playing on longer time controls. Take the time factor completely or mostly out for now.

Every time before you make a move think of 3 things, and in this order.
1) Checks
2) Captures
3) Threats

Figure out what your opponent may want to do, and stop them.

Nobody ever wins a chess game. People only lose chess games. If I play Magnus Carlsen he will not win automatically. I will make a move that is losing and I will lose the game. If I make no losing moves he will not be able to defeat me. Avoid making losing moves.
Previous posters have good advice.

I'll add that as you focus on those skills during your play--identifying checks/captures/threats, trying to move all your pieces in the opening, making sure not to give your opponent things for free--you will naturally become better at them over the course of many games.

Give chess patience and chess will reward you.

Quick edit to note that if you check out my profile and games, you will notice I am not good. I haven't given chess patience recently.
The best thing for you is practice! Doing this is the easiest way for you to get better!
Chess is all about finding the best move. Blunders, mistakes, inaccuracies, and all sub-par moves, never qualifiy as the best move. Where is the best move considering all possible legal moves available within a given position? You need a divide and conquer strategy...look at all possible moves and eliminate the moves that do nothing to improve your position... narrow things down to a few candidate moves: candidate move #1 looks good because of a,b,&c... move #2 has a,c,&d going for it... and candidate move #3 upon further inspection looks to be a blunder. After looking over the candidate moves you decide that move #1 is the best move. But wait! Do not make that move! Look again! The best move is often inconspicuous... You must know in your heart of hearts that you indeed have found it. Chess is not gambling or shooting from the hip. Chess is not closing your eyes and throwing a wild haymaker. Chess is analysis, thinking, and self discipline. Good luck to you.
Yeah, in that last game I saw you moved your two bishops twice and they were able to kick them around or force trades. Try to develop all of your pieces + get castled before you start attacking.

First, practice tactics: is your opponent threatening a capture, are you moving your piece to a safe square? Practice again and again and you will begin to see them automatically, and calculation becomes easier.
Eg. on move Bg5 the piece protecting your Bishop is Knight. What if Black simply takes it away? Bxf3 is threatening your Queen too, so either way (Qxf3 or Bxd8) White ends up a piece down.
It may take effort to see these lines now but after practice you'll see them within a second, with no stress.

Second, positional and strategic game: you have to develop your game, thinking long to the future. You can't calculate all possible lines but you can follow basic principles, eg. controlling the centre, having active pieces, strong pawns and safe King position. Your pieces should block your own pieces as little as possible, and they should be situated so that the more they have attacking squares on opponent's side of the board, the better, and the more movability the better.

(Eg. Where is the White Knight going from a4? It's a bad square since half of the Knight's moves are off the board. If it's protecting the b2 then why not some other protecting move?)

These are general ideas, sometimes you need to break them but then you should have good reasons for doing so. And you should concentrate on this only after you can see immediate (1-2 moves) threats. Imo.
First 4 moves were definitely solid but a common mistake with beginners is that they feel forced to pin down their opponents knight with their bishop. Instead of bishop B5 you should have probably pushed your pawn with d5. And instead of 7. Bg5 you should've probably moved your bishop to e3 instead so it cant be kicked away that easily by your opponent.
