Please help me! Everyone plays the same line against me!!!

@Kevindaman123 It's your choice to agree a draw at seven moves. I'm about the same rank as you (1601) and on a busy chess day I'll play that opening at least ten times, perhaps twenty or more. We'll play the game out: sooner or later someone will blunder some material or get their king trapped in the endgame, or lose a critical tempo somewhere and the game will be decisive. Probably only one or two in those twenty games that I play from that opening will be a draw.

Of course, I mainly play 5+0 so that is likely an important factor.

Also, in my recent play experience at about 1570, the Advance French is commoner than the Exchange by a ratio of 2:1 or so.
@bugcat2 that is in the higher levels of play. When I play bullet at my level, many opponents are unfamiliar with the French, so they just play the exchange variation. The same thing happens when I play the Caro-Kann-
1. e4 c6
2. d4 d5
3. exd5 cxd5
4. Nf3

These lines are very drawish, and a drawn game is a waste of time.
Here is a game with the same position, reached by another move order
