Is there any way to choose the puzzles ELOs, i mean a bandwith. I would like to test some high rated puzzles but currently i never get over 2200 dificulty
I mean... you can cheat your training rating upward just to get harder puzzles more often. At worse you'll drop back down after stopping.
There is not, other than simply progressively getting them correct. Solving puzzles this way seems the most logical and beneficial.
For working on tactics puzzles of various difficulty, CT-ART or some book with advanced puzzles may be an option?

Usually I just miss a bunch of puzzles.. or know the answer but get it wrong deliberately to go down @giantdad . That's the easy one.. Tinchin has it rough.

Personally, one of the main reasons I often solve puzzles as anonymous. I don't like tanking the puzzles just in order to do that later when my rating is back up. Choosing the puzzle rating range would be extremely useful, I believe.
