The increasing pressure from crazyhouse community has forced Lichess to take actions. After two weeks of rioting outside the Lichess headquarters, the delegates were called upon by Lichess to reach a solution. In the end, the agreement was signed.



Jokes aside, Lichess has added Elite Crazyhouse Arenas to the tournament rotation (huge thank you to ProgramFOX): github.com/ornicar/lila/pull/5300/commits/8353d8f6f1011c7e5567b0aaacd73c0c9f3c4f6e

As usual, the arenas will be played on Saturdays at 19:00 UTC. If there is a collision with the Lichess Titled Arena, we’ll try to play at another date: tentatively, either on Friday at 19:00 UTC or after the TA on Saturday.

The time control varies as follows:
- 1st Saturday of the month: 3+0
- 2nd Saturday: 1+1
- 3rd Saturday: 3+2
- 4th Saturday: 1+0
- Potential 5th Saturday: 2+0
