Accusations of cheating

We can‘t discuss/compare some feelings and claims („alternative facts“) with the gathered millions of points of meta data / metrics recorded by lichess.

If they turn down an appeal things look gloomy. The verdict is spoken.

I'm one person that was considered a cheater. I've done it? Yes. Why? To see if I can do. But I've lost some games WHEN I was checking the game with a program. So what should I thought? He was using a better program?
In my case I can say the system works, but surely there can be errors.
Then I'll try to create a new account if they accept the same email address where I'll play withouth cheating (lesson learned), otherwise I'll always play only in anonymous games, but in this case I think that a lifelong ban can be too much...not for me (that I'm not a child) but if a child cheat (and it can happen) not let him learn the lesson can be worst.
BUt it's only the though of a cheater, so it could count nothing, isn't it?

And, maybe, I can do as everyone does using a different email address and open a new account...

I do not believe for a second the rational of "I cheated to see if I could do it".

This "cop out", is believed by the perpetrator, but the reality is they simply do not understand their own motives. Someone freely "chooses" to cheat. The motive has nothing to do with a possibility, but rather a personal issue they need to come to grips with.

You walk into a store. See an item you want. Do you "steal" to see if you can "get away with it"?
If the answer is yes, then the action has no relevance to the ease of execution. You've proven you're a thief who either gets caught or continues the activity.

you're right what i've said could not be a reason. I've done it to try to be better than i am.
I could not say that what I've done could be justified, but before launching the first rock everyone should check if in your life you've steal anything (also something really unimportant).
I've done something wrong? Yes, it's unquestionably.
BUt we are only talking about a game, not killing or stealing something to someone.
I've used a "doping" and it's something stupid (but i say it now, not when i was doing it otherwise i'll have not done it) but I've not stolen money to someone.
Then if you think it's absolutely the same I simply can't agree.
But I'm on the wrong side so you're always right.

WibbleWobbler is probably the "child" in question himself or the parent of the person. It's actually embarrassing to see an accredited ECF coach act in such a manner. There's emails for this sort of thing. Don't air your dirty laundry in public etc etc.
