Player makes me wait when I have mate in 1

Having mate at 1, a player has left me waiting for more than 6 minutes, and with 20 seconds to go he has moved.

How can I report this behavior?

I played with black.
The move that took 6 minutes was 32.

You can use lichess.org/report option.However,these players get short bans.It means,if they repeatedly let time run out,they cannot play games for some time,and this ban increases with each new misbehavior in the game.
