i am fed up with this nuisance telling pls make me leader.....

i am just saved as i am the vice leader i just tell them ask main leader but i just think what the main leader does to control them he was telling me he would not come active or wouldn't respond to messages and he was telling me about a guy who is madding him with his other ids do all leaders face this or just our team because we have only 3 leaders?

What, this is treated unfairly but are you sure you can send a message like this of a team in a forum. I mean it’s off topic chess discussion

i have not mentioned team name or likr that anything i just wanted to know if all leaders face the same nuisance

Standard boilerplate responses work wonders:
"We are not currently looking for new leaders at this time. If we believe you would be a good leader, we will contact you. Please do not ask to be a leader."

Well, after you send that, you are morally justified in not responding/blocking/kicking from team.

Ignore.

Block the person and kick the person out of the team if you are fed up with that person

I just ignore those persons who want to be leader without any reason. I get dozens of messages like that daily.
