Stop counting the clock running out as wins

It makes everyone's rating fraudulent when half the games on here are technically unfinished.

Only checkmates should be counted, and if a game ends by clock, it should be a draw.

Then no one ever will lose any game - just sit and wait!

#1 I'd suggest playing time controls with increment if you want to play good moves.
