Lichess cannot force anyone to give up

The issue wasn’t the last 10 seconds, it was that you used over 2 minutes on your prior two moves, I believe. I’m not saying that you are wrong to be upset, but I am saying that lichess is in no way impacting your rights.
If I recall correctly, the rule against intentionally letting time run out is explicitly stated in the TOS. If not, the warning itself serves as a notification of rules.
How much time did you spend your last few moves before that? Lichess also takes them into account when deciding if someone lets their time run out.
@SilvioHoffmann did you ever hear about the simple word "stalling"?

Also, I think not all warnings for stalling are equal, the more you stall, the more severe the warning is. If it's really after just 10 seconds (which sounds absurd indeed, I think it was a bit more) then it's a really harmless warning. Lichess has to draw the line between warning and no warning, and only truly unsportsmanlike people are in risk of a playban
I don’t think you should be mad about this, as it’s not like you are gonna do it again by any chances, and if you do, by accident, you can always appeal to lichess.
Hope I helped
I am grateful for everyone's responses and messages. I understand that there is a common interest in improving the platform and avoiding cheating and timerunners, among other problems. I confess that I have not read the TOS extensively, and that I intend to take a calm look at this issue. However, beyond the question of time itself, I believe that Lichess cannot, in any way, force anyone to give up, even if, unfortunately, it is a cheater. This made me more uncomfortable. The decision to quit is a personal one. Imagine if in a face-to-face tournament the referee arrives and tells the chess player that he must give up. It is not a sporting attitude in the same way that cheating is not. Long Live Chess! And to Lichess...
In the TOS there is no reference to this type of situation. In the FAQ->Fair Play, I found this information:
"How do you deal with players who leave matches without abandon?

If your opponent frequently aborts/leaves matches, he/she is "banned from playing", meaning he/she is temporarily banned from playing matches. This is not publicly indicated on his/her profile. If this behavior continues, the duration of the ban increases - and continuing to behave in this kind of way could lead to his/her account closing."

That is, there is no specification of time per move, or a formal characterization of intentional waste of time (if this is possible....). Much less that a chess player is forced to give up for supposed delay....
As already stated, the warning can be considered a statement of the rules. And as already stated, lichess is perfectly within their rights to create and/or enforce rules as they see fit.
Letting time run out and not giving up are two totally different issues. Lichess is not prohibiting you from playing on your chess game, you can play until mate even when down 30 points and won't get a warning from this site. Thus we should not confuse the terms "giving up" and using an abnormal amount of time given the position.
"violates individual freedoms."

LOLOL! Random free sites in different countries around the world not behaving exactly as you like? Why, that's an infringement of your human rights! Not just individual freedoms, but the whole of humanity! What a world!
