My System

I always try to play this Sicilian Kopec system. I'm looking for new lines (reply) in this opening. Give me some of your suggestions and see if I can make it work better.
Dr kopec... I sometimes play e4 nf3 c4 then bd3. This must be the kopec reversed.
It is certainly playable. Here is an example.
Here is another example where it is played at top level.
Most top grandmasters of today seem to think that there is no real advantage for white in the main lines, so they are willing to play unambitious side lines hoping to outplay their opponent.
Yes, that is the present prevailing opinion. Fischer and Kasparov played sharp lines trying for an advantage. Nowadays Carlsen and Aronian play tame lines aiming to outmanoeuvre their opponents.
