Their whole dark-light scheme is getting old fast. It only reminds me of how opaque and likely corrupt the organisation is.

I've noticed that the chess board is positioned wrong...the players have a black square to their right. The artist knows art, but not chess rules. These people seem to be killing two birds with one stone...some kind of double mate ...very erotic :]
