[Feature Request] Swiss Tournaments

It's something that have in a lot of other sites but lacks here, I really dislike the arena system and I really dislike things like ''bersek''.

@LaurenElpida Although I think the arena system and Berzerk feature is awesome in blitz tournaments, I think a Swiss system (without berzerk!) would be much better for slower tournaments. (Rapid and classical time controls.)
