It’s no bug in the bot as rating changes do not depend on how a bot is made. There is a chance that it might be a bug in lichess, but in this case that is most definitely not true. The game had only three moves (in total not per side) and that cannot decide who has a winning position and is also too less moves for any side to receive/loose rating.
