I cant send a takeback

I just played a game and i wanted to give a takeback to my opponent because he had given me one in the same game. Though there was "Takeback sent" at the chat my opponent wasnt seeing it. So 2 questions 1. Is this a problem with my pc, wifi or something? 2. Why lichess forum has no images? I could send a screen shot ( thats my game¨΄; " lichess.org/LGdLayd1iQ8L ").

Never really had experience with those type of issues, and I don't know if this is a setting or something, but I assume he was probably lying. As if you turn takebacks off, you can't request one aswell.

I'm pretty sure you can't offer a takeback. Your opponent has to ask for it.

Your opponent has to accept it.

You canceled it

And you won , right?
