Why do I lose sm time even on premoves?

My server ping is 200 which ig is decent and my wifi is fine but I always lose a ton of time or for example it says my opponents time is running down but then it says I lost

I get this with Virgin Media ,interment unstable poor connection, moving to another location nearer the box works .

200 is not good to play bullet, at least from my experience.

Of course, it's always the opponents who benefit from lag compensation
