Spam messages from Lichess ! ( x) )

Hello,

I posted one time in a topic from the section off-topic discussion in the forum: Words(forum game); and I never posted in this topic since. And since, my Lichess' notifications are entirely invaded by the messages all the other people post in the topic (which may number in the twenties per day!) x''). It's really ennoying, because I can't see the more important messages like the Thibault's ones.

How can I solve this problem ?
