Drew?

that is definitely a draw, but i dont think lichess computer is able to find out how that i sdfrawn, the even put in a game, that position is basically stalemate
The rule is something like: If A loses on time, it's only a draw if B can never win, even if A plays the worst moves.
So this should be a draw.
The issue here is that it is online, so these kind of draws would need to be checked automatically. There are more complicated draws than this, so it can be infinitely hard for chess computers (because you would need to brute force every moves until the 50-move rule to see if it is really a draw)
I guess that no one really bothered to handle the simple cases, because they are rather rare and there would be different unhandled draws anyways.
It's a draw because both kings are blocked, and no pawns can move, so neither side could mate even with the help or blunder of the other side.
It's a drawn position but there is no adjudicator online, so only "rule" draws get enforced.

One of the pitfalls of bullet I guess.
Yes, this should have been a draw. So an unfortunate case of bad luck :(

I'll mention this to devs, though it's not an easy thing to fix.
It has nothing to do with the rules, the rules are crystal-clear (draw). It's a pure coding issue, it cannot be done easily.
Yes, it is a 100% draw but you dont know your opponents mind he can anytimme give a resign, and also till the position he had given time to win worth so the person who takes less time more moves obviously wins
How would it even be possible for the system to detect a draw in this situation?
