Option to not play ghosters!

I feel like i have not finished most of the last 10 games that I won. My opponents keep leaving! Could someone implement a preference whereby I can choose not to play anyone who has ghosted/received a warning within the last x games? This would seriously be beneficial for me.

This would be great! I constantly feel like my opponent leaves early, like after blundering just one piece or a few pawns.
