guys tell me there at least 3 players for me to study because nowadays studying calsen and caruana or ding liren is not worth much because about 20 initial throws are all theory and nothing practical. it's me king english and intalian and black short sicilian, ninzo-india and india player.

If you have reached expert in puzzles, you have all the knowledge to hone your own style of play.
How about using your own chess insights and look at the chess openings you use.
Then search the web to see which grand master used that opening the most.
You will then have the answer to your question.
If you do not know how to do that, then enable your chess insights and let someone tell you who uses your opening the most.
I would pick a grand master that is still alive from this list.

you don't need to study anyone right now, it won't help you nearly as much as if you just played long games or solved tactics.
Focus on tactics and general stuff.
