flagged for cheating question

Will I be flagged for cheating if I am watching another person play a game and have the analysis board open in another tab following their moves so I can see the analysis live in the other tab?

I think no, that would be absurd. As long as you're not telling the person playing the game what moves he/she should play, I think you're fine, as there's nothing in the Terms of Service against the particular situation you're describing :)

AFAIK, you are not even banned, if you analysed your own game in another tab. You just lose this exact game.
