Searching for a concrete opening

Hi all,
I´ve seen that there´s an opening with c4, e3, b3, Bb2, Bd3 and Qc2 and king attack if the opponent castles short. Does anybody know the name?

Originally I searched for a game where White would play 6.Bd3 in your game @tpr , but maybe you only play this if Black chooses a different system. Nevertheless I will look if this is a special variation in the Nimzo-Larsen-Attack and tell you

@ssa2973 I somehow fail to get the reference, kinda tired and haven't watched the show for a long time, lol. And by the way, Sheldon plays 3D chess too.
