Ok, White starts with 1.Nc6+ Kb7 2.ba7 Ka8.
If it were 1.Nc6+ Ka8 2.ba7 Kb7 3.Nd8 followed by 4.Nf7+- would do the job. But how to win/lose a tempo now? If 3.Kf7 Kb7 the King blocks 4.Nf7.
What to do?

Amazing zugzwang caused by the knight on c6! Thanks for sharing this spectacular study.
Fantastic study there, Sarg0n. I was able to see every idea myself up except for a8=Q+, winning the crucial tempo and allowing for the knight to land on f7 and trap the bishop. Thanks for sharing.
I look forward to seeing Lichess' endgame explorer handle the 7-man aspect of this puzzle!
