Can I change my name without making a new account?

I have heard that if you want a new name you can make a new account. But is that the only way to change your name? I'd like to keep my current ratings on this account.

No, you cannot.

Yeah, I just figured out that I can only change the case of the letters in my name. I guess I'll just stick with my current name
